About the collection

Different forms.
One personal home.

A home for Jim Butcher's creative work, writing, martial arts, Faith & Scholar, and R640 AI research.

Sometimes a thought becomes a song. Sometimes it finds its way into a poem, an essay, or a story. This is a place to bring those things together — and to share them with you.

Five collections, not one mixed feed.

Creative work gathers the music channels and a place for selected poetry and stories. Writing holds the general journal. Martial arts retains its teaching, training, and legacy focus. Faith & Scholar keeps its essays, reading room, and Scripture study library. R640 & AI brings together the research blog, resume, 69-question AI agenda, and applied/world questions.

A shared front door.

Consistent navigation, full article pages, and a common reading index bring the projects together. Their editorial status and source qualifications are retained. The research portfolio is a dated record, not a live report on a server or a claim that every proposed study has been completed.

What stays separate.

Abundance Track, DSN Property Holdings, the museum, and other business websites are not merged into this personal site. Their existing destinations appear only as clearly labeled links in the footer. The private experiment notebook, raw logs, restricted source-document links, machine-access information, and internal business records are not published here.

Privacy and saved reading.

Optional traffic measurement loads only after consent; see the privacy notice and footer measurement settings. There are no signup forms or embedded media. Saved-reading marks stay in this browser on this device; they are not sent to a reading account. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information to deliver the site. Links to external music, social, and source websites open services with their own privacy practices.
